- Account Information: If you optionally create an account to sync checklists across devices, we collect your email address and name. You can use the core features of the app without ever registering.
- Trip & Checklist Data: We store your destinations, travel dates, selected activities, custom packing lists, and item progress to compile and track your trip plans.
- Feedback & Support: When you contact us for customer service or feedback at
support@welltide.app, we collect the correspondence details.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your information strictly to support the app functionalities:
- To generate personalized, activity-focused packing checklists with Pico.
- To synchronize your trips across multiple devices when signed in.
- To provide technical support and resolve app inquiries.
- To track completed trips and reward badges/stickers locally on your device.
3. Data Sharing & Security
Your privacy is non-negotiable. **We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.**
For cloud storage and credentials handling, we utilize Supabase, a secure, industry-standard PostgreSQL cloud database. All communications between the mobile application and cloud servers are strictly encrypted in transit using Secure Sockets Layer/Transport Layer Security (HTTPS/TLS) protocol.
4. Data Deletion & Control
You have full control over your data. If you have created a cloud account and wish to delete your profile, you can request full account deletion inside the app settings page or by emailing us directly at support@welltide.app. We will purge your personal metadata and cloud backups within 30 days of request receipt.
5. Children's Privacy
PackPilot is designed for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child without parental consent, we will remove it immediately.
